About
Us
The
2008 racing season marks the 20th year that the Stoen
family has been involved with the sport of drag racing.
With the combination of excellent equipment, mechanical
expertise, driving talent, and family dedication,
the Stoen Racing team has evolved into one of the
more unique teams
in drag racing. The team takes much pride in their
efforts of campaigning a professional and competitive
multi-car race team. Stoen Racing is also set apart
from the competition by utilizing in house operations.
From engine development and race car assembly to web
and graphic design for sponsorship promotions, Stoen
Racing handles all of their functions.
For
2008, Stoen Racing will continue to campaign two identical
rear-engine dragsters within the Midwest division
of the National
Hot Rod Association (NHRA). The 1,200 horsepower
machines will focus on the Top Dragster competition.
Roger and son Jami will continue to drive, while Joan
and son Brandon handle all other race support functions.
